F2F Food Co.'s scale is only possible because of the people behind it.
Our Training and Development function invests in skills across every part of our value chain, from farmer training programmes that build commercial growers, through to food production, food safety and hospitality learnerships that develop the technicians, chefs and food technologists of the future.
This is training with a purpose: building capacity inside F2F, and building a stronger, more skilled food industry for South Africa.
